Driftwood is a beautiful and unique material. We find ours on the shores of the Hudson River, across the way from the also and infinitely more unique and beautiful New York City. And we've turned these driftwood pieces into jewelry organizers as one-of-a-kind as the pieces themselves and the people who use them. It would be a shame to limit these pieces to just one artistic vision. So we don't. Instead we turn it over to you and give you the opportunity to pick and choose and thus, in a way, build your own.
Our driftwood jewelry organizers are made to order because we make them from pieces you select. For every order, we put together three different options to choose from. A mix of different kinds of individual pieces or coordinating sets or the closest we can get to what you have in mind.

These pieces are made to order and take 5 - 10 weeks to ship, depending on time of year, due to sustained demand and limited supply. As we are always working as much as we can to keep up with demand, you may not hear from us until we reach your order in our queue. Don't worry, it may be awhile, but we always make it worth the wait. But because of this long wait time, we also frequently have a selection of ready to ship pieces available for sale.

Shipping prices vary widely based on the size of your order, mostly due to the length of our driftwood pieces. We've priced higher to account for this. If your order is small enough to be shipped by less expensive methods, shipping overages will be refunded.
Have any driftwood preferences, like wanting a branch or a smoother piece? Those preferences must be messaged to us, which you can do in the Message to Seller section when making a purchase. Once we reach your order in our queue, we will put together and send you a photo of three pieces to choose from. Please bear in mind, the more specific you get with your preferences, the fewer pieces we'll have to choose from when putting together your set of options. We will always do our best to accommodate any and all preferences and pride ourselves in the quality of our selections and combinations of driftwood pieces.
Don't have any preferences or leave no message? Once we reach your order in our queue, we will put together and send you a photo of three varied pieces or sets of pieces to choose from. This generic grouping of three usually consists of a standard piece, a thin piece, and a mottled piece.
Never responded to our options message? You'll have around 5 days to get back to us with your selection or further preferences. If we don't hear back from you by then, we'll proceed with the first piece in the set of options.

We will provide a free replacement if your order arrives broken or otherwise damaged. Just get in touch with us and we'll begin the process.

If we have not yet begun on your order, you are entitled to a full refund and cancellation. Orders that we have already begun are handled on a case to case basis.
